Knit Night Therapy Group

Knit Night is a 6-week outpatient therapy group for adults looking to manage stress and anxiety while building connection and support. Each week, participants meet for 75 minutes to engage in guided discussion, mindfulness exercises, and therapeutic skill-building—all woven together with a creative knitting project.

Through structured activity and peer support, participants work on emotional regulation, coping strategies, and social connection. The group culminates in a community-made blanket to be donated to Project Linus.

The group is limited to 8 participants to allow for meaningful connection and discussion. No knitting experience is required—beginners are welcome.
