Bethany Lindemuth therapy for adults and teens

A note from Bethany:

I’m Bethany, a therapist who helps people get unstuck and bring life back into alignment with their purpose, passions, and values.

I use a strengths-based and empowerment approach to help people make better sense of their world. Kind and compassionate, but direct and straight-forward, I can help identify patterns of behavior and assist with making changes in behaviors and improve relationships. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental. I also challenge my clients when their actions are not aligned with their value systems. Physical and mental health are closely related, and there is emphasis on paying attention to what our physical bodies are telling us and how to practice self care as a preventative.

Here’s what people are saying:

Be truly heard.

You’re tired of being depressed or anxious all the time. On the outside, you look put together; on the inside, you feel like it’s all falling apart. You want to make changes, but you’re not sure where to start. And everything feels difficult. Therapy can help.

We welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities, and we strive to provide culturally competent care that respects and honors diversity. We believe in celebrating the uniqueness of each individual and creating a safe space where diversity is embraced and valued.
