A note from Natalie

Natalie Sigler is passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and believes in creating a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel heard and empowered. Natalie is especially interested in working with clients experiencing anxiety, relationship concerns, and life transitions. She is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Natalie helping clients build on their strengths and move toward their goals. She does not just “listen” but helps clients to understand their patterns and behaviors, teaches skills, and then works with you to make an action plan to make lasting change.

What is DBT?

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment that helps build concrete, practical skills in four core areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. DBT balances acceptance and change to help you learn how to acknowledge your emotions without becoming overwhelmed or consumed by them.

The goal of strengthening these skills is to help you stay present in the moment and respond intentionally rather then react impulsively. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or simply looking to build your coping skills, DBT provides a structured and practical way to navigate emotions and challenges as they arise.
