A note from Angie

As a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate, I bring experience working with children, adults, and families across ages and life stages. I enjoy working with women and children (8+) dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions and adjustment struggles.

As a society that is still healing from the pandemic and trying to figure out our tech-oriented lives, I am especially interested in helping individuals engage in mental health and emotional well-being through: skill-building, healthy boundaries, connectivity, self-awareness and emotional intelligence. I believe each client is an expert of themselves and their story. It is my hope to create a safe, supportive environment for them to explore emotions, develop coping skills, build resilience, and achieve their personal goals.

Choosing a therapist that is a good fit is a crucial part of being successful in counseling. I am a strengths-based therapist that is passionate about providing a nonjudgmental, empathetic space to help clients work towards healing and growth. Whether you are facing a significant life change or seeking insight to create a more fulfilling life, I look forward to partnering with you to develop the skills and resilience needed to thrive. Let's work together to create a more fulfilling and balanced life.

  • "Angie is amazing!"

    - 48 year-old client

    -32 year-old client

  • "I think the biggest take away from our time with Angie was understanding the difference between our child's behavior issues and the emotions around them. Our communication and boundaries around those differences improved a million percent with the information and skills she taught us."
