I've been passionate about mental health since high school, and that passion has shaped everything I do. While I am a NC Certified Peer Support Specialist, my role as Practice Administrator demonstrates the same level of commitment to the care of others and all my experiences inform me of the power of being truly heard. I want every person who walks through our doors to feel supported, and my desire is to make everything behind the scenes run smoothly so our team can focus on what matters most: your care.

When I'm not helping to keep things running, you'll find me getting into my creative hobbies like writing poems and stories, making music electronically, and diamond painting. Creativity is my happy place.
